Office Opening Hours
Saturdays: 9.00 am – 1.00 pm.
We are closed on Sundays and Bank holidays and over the Christmas period.
All managed tenants have access to Property File and we ask that all maintenance is reported via this. If you have an emergency during office hours please call 01392 215283 select option 2.
If out of hours, please read through the information below for appropriate guidance.
What is an emergency?
Whilst we appreciate that some maintenance issues are an inconvenience there would be some items that would be considered an emergency such as complete loss of electricity, loss of heating (during winter months), flooding, loss of hot water for more than 24 hours.
We ask that as tenants where possible and without endangering yourself you should try to minimise any damage that is caused and to try and prevent further damage happening.
If you smell gas, think you have a gas leak, or are worried that fumes containing carbon monoxide are escaping from a gas appliance, please call the free Gas Emergency Services emergency line immediately on 0800 111 999. Also: Open all doors and windows to ventilate the property.
As a company we do not operate an emergency out of hours service for maintenance, however, should you have an electrical or heating emergency, and you feel that the problem cannot wait until the office is open then we will authorise you to contact your own contractor to attend the property and carry out any emergency repairs. The bill can then be forwarded on to us for payment /reimbursement. We must stress that should the invoice highlight that the repair was not an emergency then we will NOT pay the invoice.
